The most exciting news this week (at least for me) is that on the new CD shelves there are two Elliott Smith albums! One is From A Basement On the Hill, and one is Roman Candles.
He is such an amazing singer/songwriter that I think he deserves to be on everyone’s playlist this week.

If you go to Youtube, you would find numerous videos paying tribute to him.

And speaking of deceased great singer/songwriters, the singer of Sparklehorse passed away recently, which I talked about in my last post. His talent and greatness deserve a second mentioning.

There are some other good albums at the station that you should check out. But first and foremost, the amazingly amazing Elliott Smith.
